A Basic Cleaning covers the filter, cover and blower wheel, plus a coil inspection. A Deep Cleaning adds a full wash of the coil and internal parts with a specialized cleaning solution, using a waterproof wash bag that keeps your walls and floors dry. We clean the unit in place, with no removal from the wall. See everything each cleaning includes.

Keep It Clean

After a deep cleaning, we recommend a UV light or UV light strip matched to your unit, to help keep growth from returning. It’s optional, but our customers who add a UV light after a cleaning have seen great results in keeping their units clean longer. For homes with pet or cooking odors, we also offer air scrubbers for mini splits.
