Air Conditioning Annual Maintenance Plan Now Available

Each includes two service visits for your air conditioner, labor and materials. Checks include:

• Clean the evaporator and condenser coils in place.
• Pulling and cleaning of the evaporator coil are not included.
• Install preventative maintenance tablets/strips.
• Clean the primary pan and clear/clean the condensate drain line.
• Inspect amp draws and connection points on electrical components.
• Check refrigerant levels and pressures.
• Lubricate motors as needed.
• Check the blower.
• Adjust and inspect safety switches as needed.
• Provide diagnosis report on each system.
• Adjust belt tensions as needed.
• Test the thermostat for accuracy.
• Replace or clean all filters (filters are an extra charge if we provide them).
• Advise customers on the status of their systems and recommend the right services.
• $50 early termination fee.
