Estimates for new systems are always free, and every new-system estimate includes a look at the whole home, from how it feels to your energy bills, plus a free attic inspection. For repairs, there's a service call fee, which covers a trained technician coming to your home and the initial diagnosis. Your technician then explains the problem and gives you the price before any work starts. If a service call ends with you choosing a new system, we credit the service call or diagnostic fee toward the cost of the new system.

Ways to Save on Your Cooling Costs

Treasure Coast air conditioners run most of the year, so small improvements add up on every electric bill. A few that make the biggest difference:

• Keep up with maintenance: clean coils, a clear drain line and correct refrigerant levels keep your system running efficiently. Members of our maintenance plans also save 10% on every repair, including after-hours service.
• Fix the attic: thin or missing attic insulation lets heat pour into your home and forces your AC to work harder. Adding attic insulation is one of the few upgrades that lowers your bill without touching the equipment.
• Upgrade to a two-stage, multi-speed or variable-speed system: these run at lower speeds for longer stretches, using less energy than a single-stage system cycling on and off, while pulling more humidity out of the air. And the higher the SEER2 rating, the more efficient the system and the lower your cooling bill. Depending on the unit, your local power company may also offer rebates for higher-efficiency systems.
• Set it and watch it: a smart thermostat lets you raise the temperature when you're away and see how your system is running from your phone.
